I wanted to introduce myself as the new CEO of Parsable. I’m thrilled to be here. Together we have an incredible opportunity to make the world a better place and I couldn’t be more excited about our future.

As the new CEO, my first priority is to listen. Listen to you. Listen to our employees. Listen to the market. In the next 30 days, that is how I’ll spend most of my time.

For the past 25 years, I’ve been an avid customer of digital SaaS tools. I’ve also been a builder of best-in-class SaaS businesses. These experiences have forever fueled my passion for our customers, your success, and helping you achieve rapid time to value. 

As a leader at Adobe, Omniture, Domo and Terminus, I’ve helped thousands of customers embrace digitization and use data to make smarter, faster decisions. As I’m fond of saying, we helped ‘turn the lights on’ for our customers in vital yet massively opaque areas of their business. Those efforts created tremendous customer value and billions of dollars in revenue growth and cost savings throughout the years.

I was drawn to Parsable for the same reasons. I’m confident we can shine a bright light on one of your most vital yet massively opaque business areas – your Frontline Workers. We connect you to the heartbeat of your Frontline workforce, illuminating what is working well and what needs your immediate attention. We exist to help you make smarter, faster decisions.

Together our shared future has never been brighter. We are accelerating our investment and roadmap to serve you better. Every quarter we are setting new records for digitized jobs on our platform and will surpass over 1 million digitized jobs this year. This astonishing achievement has generated hundreds of millions in cost savings and substantial ESG benefits for our customers. We are well-capitalized with backing from some of the best venture and growth partners in the world. Our engineering team is accelerating the pace of new feature delivery. Our customer success team continues to push the envelope with best practices to help you achieve value and adoption at every stage of your maturity curve.
