Parsable to Help WEF Optimize How Deskless Workers Will Be Truly “Connected” in the Workplace of The Future
SAN FRANCISCO – AUGUST 22, 2018 – Parsable, the Connected Worker Platform company, today announced that it has partnered with WEF, joining its Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. WEF’s Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings together governments, leading companies, and experts from around the world to co-design and pilot innovative approaches to work, as well as govern new technology.
In partnering with the WEF Center, Parsable continues to gain industry momentum following the recent announcement of its $40M Series C investment. Parsable will contribute its expertise in augmenting human workers with innovative technology, with the goal of helping them execute a larger variety of jobs more effectively and with greater precision. As the digital age continues to evolve, consumer expectations will only increase, forcing companies to achieve significantly better results while tackling even more complex, demanding work. Determining the most effective ways for human workers to leverage new technologies in order to optimize their efforts is critical.

Parsable has an incredible depth of knowledge in this area and we’re very much looking forward to working with them to explore best practices for the next generation of industry-leading companies.”

Customers include Scientific Drilling, Silgan, Shell, TechnipFMC, Heineken, Grupo Bimbo, Holcim and more. The company has users in over 50 countries.
“With customers ranging from well known industrial giants to new, digital-native companies that began their operations by deploying digital work instructions, training, collaboration and measurement systems, we understand how digital transformation is impacting companies at each end of the spectrum,” said Lawrence Whittle, CEO at Parsable. “Our expertise in how humans, augmented by technology, can rapidly evolve the workplace tightly aligns with the Center’s mission, and we look forward to building the blueprints of the future of work with them.”
