The Parsable Services team utilizes a consultative approach to guide customers on the training and deployment of Parsable to achieve their business objectives. Through the implementation packages outlined below, Parsable will guide the customer team through the Parsable Customer journey process so that the Team can learn to deploy Parsable and drive internal adoption.

Parsable offers three implementation packages. The Kickstart Service Package includes guidance and the train-the-trainer program on Parsable for customers that have a strong project team. The Professional Service Package includes project management accelerator, custom training, and expert guidance for customers that have larger deployments requiring more planning and governance. The Enterprise Service Package includes global program and deployment guidance as well as more customized training and authoring accelerator for a large global deployment.

In this guide, we will outline the roles and responsibilities of both parties, the package descriptions and the differences among the three packaged offerings for implementation services.

Implementation Roles

To support a collaborative deployment, Parsable expects that customer’s personnel are identified and made available to collaborate with their Parsable counterparts throughout the service package, regardless of which package is selected. Below is a breakdown of the key roles and responsibilities.

Customer Personnel

Connected Worker Sponsor Digital Leadership that drives strategic direction for Parsable adoption and ensures global alignment  
Program Manager Centralized function for communications, timeline and deliverable management of global deployment.
Global Process/Best Practice Owner Central function that defines, authors and tests Parsable processes across specific process types e.g. Safety, Quality, Maintenance etc. Act as first line support for Parsable issues and new features.
IT Partner Manages infrastructure requirements for Parsable, develops integration with central systems and collaborates with regional IT leads for specific integration needs. First line support for Parsable issues and enhancements that submit tickets directly to Parsable.
Site Champion(s) Drives Parsable adoption at site level and acts as SPOC for local specific requirements. This role also handles first-line support for Parsable issues/enhancement requests from their site to their central COE.
Team Leads/Operators End-users for Parsable at each site.
Process Author Tests Parsable global processes and authors local specific requirements across specific process types e.g. Safety, Quality, Maintenance etc.

Session Descriptions

Training: Train the trainer program

  • Office Hours: Solidify your training and answer questions during the first 3 to 6 weeks of Parsable implementation.
  • Role Based Training: Understand the Parsable platform based on your specific role and use of Parsable.
  • Train the trainer sessions: Help your internal champions learn Parsable and teach end users.
  • Custom, live training sessions: Receive full training on the topic of your choice in authoring, execution, job set up, admin/team set up, or more advanced training around applets or input triggers.

Consulting

  • Dedicated Project Manager: Your dedicated PM will provide expert guidance on building a global connected worker program within your organization
  • Dedicated Implementation Consultant: Your dedicated IC will provide you with specific consulting needs around how to use Parsable at your company and assist in driving adoption with your users
  • Project Scoping Workshop: Assist in scoping out the project using our proven methodology to get you quick time to value
  • Global Program Building Workshop: Expert help in building your global connected worker program including a custom project plan
  • Proven Site-Onboarding Plan: Receive a proven site onboarding plan to get new sites up and running in 6 weeks
  • Monthly Project Adoption Reports: Receive a monthly report detailing the adoption of Parsable and other key KPIs of your Parsable implementation
  • Authoring Acceleration: Up to 50 hours of template authoring by industry experts providing template construction guidance to quickly implement Parsable
  • Project Kickoff: Get your Parsable project started off correctly by aligning on the scope, plan, and rollout methodology
  • Weekly Check in: Connect with your IC on a weekly basis during the first 6 months for 30-min to answer your questions and provide support for your implementation
  • Monthly Project Check in: Assess your implementation status, assist with any plan adjustments, review the monthly report, and help track your overall onboarding progress with your PM during the first 6 months
  • Quarterly Business Review: Have a quarterly review to assess progress, provide Parsable product updates, and align on a strategic plan

Services Terms and Conditions

Performance of Services

  • Order of Precedence. The Order Form and the MSA take precedence over this Program Guide.
  • Delivery and Cooperation. In order to deliver these services in a timely manner to clients, it is expected that customers provide the resources necessary for each session and complete any of the pre-work prior to the session.
  • Place of Performance. All sessions will be provided remotely unless otherwise specified. Requests for onsite delivery can be made to your services personnel.
  • Project Personnel. Project personnel will be assigned at the discretion of Parsable. Changes in assignment may need to be made, but every effort will be made to maintain the same personnel throughout a project and for subsequent projects.

Payment Terms

  • Fees. Fees for services will be outlined in the Order Form.
  • Expenses. Parsable will charge for reasonable travel and expenses incurred when delivering onsite.
  • Additional Professional Services. Additional Professional Services can be purchased using an Order Form.
